  • Forecasting of energy consumption

    Increased competition in the energy distribution market is forcing more competitive pricing. Companies that can accuratelly forecast their future energy consumption (natural gas, electricity, district heating) can expect extra savings from their energy distributor. We are developing models for forecasting of energy consumption that can be applied online for daily forecasting. Currently, we are developing and maintaining forecasting applications in the natural gas market.


  • Condition monitoring of industrial processes

    Modern industrial production requires efficient fault detection systems due to high standards which are set for manufactured products. We have developed methods for the analysis and integration of various sensor signals (acoustic signals, force, vibration, ...) and their integration into the custom-made mechatronic systems for the industrial condition monitoring. We produce fully automated adaptive condition monitoring systems that can be fully integrated into the production line.


  • Modeling, optimization and predictive control of processes

    Many industrial processes are very complex and depend on multivariable inputs and outputs. Examples are various pharmaceutical and chemical processes. Our aim is to help process industry to operate their plants in the best possible way. In order to achieve this, we combine advanced soft-computing approaches including neural networks for experimental modeling of processes, genetic algorithms for optimization, and nonlinear model predictive control strategy for optimal plant operation.


  • Designing industrial measurements: sensors, software development, analysis

    Based on our rich experience in experimental design, selection of sensors, development of data acquisition applications, and analysis of data, we offer complete industrial measurement solutions. Target applications include process monitoring, fault detection, statistical process control etc. We are designing custom made software applications which integrate data acquisition, visualization and analysis of data, reporting and graphical user interface according to the customer's preferences.
