Development of biodynamic measuring system for anti vibration gloves

Because we want to aquire new knowledge in the field of measuring transmissibility of vibrations in AV gloves, it has shown itself necessary to design a measuring system that can measure transmissibilities seperately in the area of the palm and fingers. This diploma assignment presents all the necessary theoretical backgrounds but above all else it emphesises standard ISO 10819, biodynamic theory and the theory on aquiering and processing data in general. Standard ISO 10819 serves as starting point of our development, that is now based on biodynamic theory. Developement of measuring system is described and a typical measuring procedure is explained. Aquired results are presented for some types of gloves, specifically the transmissibilities at the palm and at the fingers.
