On Thursday, June 1, 2023, a meeting of doctors graduating from the LADISK laboratory and top representatives from the industry took place at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The keynote lecture was delivered by Professor Miha Boltežar, the head of the laboratory, titled "Structural Dynamics: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow". In his speech, Professor Boltežar focused on key milestones and decisions that have propelled LADISK to become one of the most successful laboratories at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering today. He also described the early beginnings of the long-standing successful collaborations with industry. The next talks were delivered by Professor Janko Slavič and Associate Professor Gregor Čepon who focused on the future research and scientific challenges in the field of structural dynamics. The event was concluded by three industrial partners of LADISK, Mahle, Kolektor, and Gorenje which shared their stories of collaboration with the laboratory.
