ArcLub One – SUPPLY SYSTEM OF LIQUID PHASE CRYOGENIC MEDIA INTO THE CUTTING ZONE IN CRYOGENIC METAL CUTTING

ArcLub One is an innovative system for the delivery of liquid phase cryogenic media into the cutting zone during cryogenic cutting. The system combines CO2 cryogenic media and lubricating media to ensure sustainable and clean cutting of difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steels, titanium and nickel alloys. This extends the life of cutting tools by up to 200%, increases productivity and reduces cutting costs (up to 50%).
