Bethel, USA, and SEM's Center for Mechanics of Time Dependent Materials.
This
Center organizes biannual international conferences on the Mechanics of
Time Dependent Materials, and is the European Editorial Office for the
journal "Mechanics of Time Dependent Materials", produced by
Kluwer Academic Publishers.
The
Center annually organizes a workshop on Advances in Experimental Mechanics
in cooperation with the Laboratory for Experimental Mechanics, Aoyama
Gakuin University, Japan (Professor M. Takashi), and Department of
Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics, Lehigh University, Bethlehem, USA
(Professor A. Voloshin).
CEM has
an agreement of collaboration with The International Academy of
Engineering, Moscow, formerly the USSR Academy of Engineering and Russian
